I'm a Weiner! Err... a Winner... (End Game SPOILERS)

Well, I beat Morag last night. She was by far the most difficult fight. My Bard hit level 20 late in chapter 3 and I found chapters 2 and 3 way too easy.

I roleplayed as lawful/good; gave back most monetary rewards; protected my henchmen; and ...

I had that happen too. I can't remember if I was at the same spot as you, but at the time I may have been. I remember that I only had a few open journal entries left and one was like yours.

I shrugged and went back to killing stuff... I finished the chapter and it hasn't happened again.

@ C Elegans: You can attack her and when her health drops to near death, she will give up - so you don't have to kill her. I was tempted to finish her off - her attitude got on my nerves.

I was amused that her "boyfriend" stood by and watched the whole scene without helping her.

Argh! I've wracked my brain to no avail. I can't remember! I checked my favorite walk-through and it just says to collect all four - it does not list where they can be found. I've got two bugs to report...

The Bard Song count is reset to full after a load. If I use the song several times, the count of available uses drops by one each time, but if I then save and reload the game, I again have full use.

Number two: some items have to be repeatedly identified. I have ...

If you didn't do the henchman's quest in chapter one, you are hosed. You can't start doing the quests later.

I've been doing all the quests for all the henchmen. Kinda' a pain at times, but you do get some nice items. In the first chapter, it seemed to take a while: I could talk to them twice and ...

Yeah, I get the same problem between chapters. Here is a free solution:
1 - Grit your teeth,
2 - Read as fast as you can, and,
3 - Get back to killing stuff.

Magus - Bards can raise Disable Traps like rogues. My skill is now 20 +9, or +11 if I do the bard-song thing first. I can get another point or two if I fiddle with my equipment.

Call me vain, but, is there a helmet that a bard can wear that doesn't completely cover the face? I think I spent more time choosing my appearance when creating the char' than anything else... and now I walk around wearing this tin can on my head!

Yeah yeah, I know it's not a big deal, but I wince ...

I looted mine, but shortly thereafter I began seeing them for sale by a couple of merchants, in Chapter Two. I seem to remember having to wait until I was level ten to be able to wear it however...

Did you actually get the quest? You must speak with the Arch Druid (or any quest giver) before the 3 lost druids (or any quest objects) will appear. I'd go back to the druid grove and speak to him again and be certain that you agree to take on the quest.
