Solution To Missing 2 Soldiers
I also had the missing two sodiers bug. I went to the saved games directory and renamed the .bak files to be the current save. When I continued play, I was at the teleporter and the missing 2 soldiers showed up almost immediately! Don't know why this worked but it ...
