Nope, I was attempting to levitate in Vivec *when i activated the shrine, and in Gnisis when i tried the potion.

Recently I have been experiancing a problem with the ingame levitation. When I attempt to levitate I am unable to rise, and it sounds like my character is repeatedly jumping.
