I had the same problem as you but on the Xbox 360. I think it's the same quest the one where the guy with a bow goes up to the lucky lady statue. On the Xbox you can only go into and outta sneak mode and spin around in circles, but cant go any where. As soon as i killed the guy lucien pops up and ...
