Bertram Tung cant get to him
well i finished the quest with the sisters. so i went to go talk to Bertram Tung and the get is still locked. i restarted the game 3 time from the begining with diff chars. i ever got the new pacth 5.4 dont know what to do. i am about to stop playing this game.
