Help! Cannot convert party

I cannot convert any of the Dungeon Siege II heroes in my Broken World game :( (. Why? It says that at the instalation the parties at Dungeon Siege II are copying so that you may convert them, because BW uses a different save format. Why does not work? Should i install the game right over the ...
