I'm curious as to how high I should raise all my skills? For instance what's the highest pickpocket skill in the game? What's the highest lock picking skill? Diplomacy? Bluff? I just hate to waste points and put to many into one skill you know? Is there a list somewhere of the highest "checks" or ...

The only one of those quests that is actually bugged is the Nimbre quest and installing the Nimbre Fix should have solved that. None of the other quests are bugged in the least and have worked for me without issue on multiple playthroughs of SoZ.

If that's true then the warden of the keep epithet has no impact on it, although defender of the keep might.

Could you provide a link to the exact page where you saw that reference to the 650 keep score? I just finished checking the wikia guide and couldn't find anything on that.
