Yup - talked to Simon at the campfire and read the letter. I also spoke to the guard at the gate. Not sure why it let me in the first time, and then every subsequent new game I play it won't let me in the interior gate and goblins never show up!

I did talk to guard. If you do not talk to guard, then neither the exterior gate on the secret entrance nor the interior gate on the secret entrance will be open. In my situation, the exterior gate is open, but the interior gate is not. Goblins never appear. Any ideas?

I got through one time when the goblin let me through the secret entrance and ambushed me. However, every time I play a new character and start a new game, the goblins are not there, the outside gate is open, but there is no way through the second gate into the sewers. Is this a glitch or am I ...
