if were to be playing as a lawful evil monk, to what extent would i be able to kill people? is it completely in the DM's control, or is there some generic device that will excommunicate me at some point without the DM's consent? if my party memebers start a fight, can i kill freely within it ...

if no one knows the answer, please at least say so. i would appreciate any effort to help ease my curiosity.

there doesn't seem to be infinite monsters? am i wrong or is there another way to gain infinite exp?
