ya i have sat there all day and i still cant find him. is there anywhere else i can learn those moves?

I can not find the 5th trainer in Cathalon. I need the skills burn, shield pull, etc but I cant find him. Does he only appear after you complete something in the game?

I just killed the sand dragon but I didnt not recieve the achievment for killing a dragon. Was this just a glitch or what went wrong? Also how do you kill the stone dragon? I have casting spells on it but nothing seems to do any damage to it, any advise?
