wait, expain that hole deal again, im a beginner ill admit but im not sure what your saying, is his character illegal only because he is level 5? or is there some other reason

cheap tricks
one of my friends has used a template from monster manual 3.5 to make a minotaur character which, needless to say i overpowered and has no weaknesses. does anyone know of a rule that will stop this abomination (the thing is only level five and it already took out an oger for palor's sake)
