Aim at body parts

I've played a fair amount of fallout 1, however i never managed to figure out how to aim at certain body parts. Any help? :o

nope can't pick it up mate. however there is another rope in the locker on the second floor, which you use for the second elevator shaft to get to the third floor (lol hope that wasn't confusing)
