Somehow (might be fixed by latest patch) the item files do not upload in both versions 1.3/ 1.4

I select them, click "ok" and nothing shows up/ no error ...

I've got the latest patch installed.

Location: Verdistis/ burned house.

Killed Cybu, picked all I could exept the manuscript, note that he dropped.

I can see the item, but when I hit Alt, it doesnt show up with name, nor can I drag & drop it into my inventory.

/Edit: Allready tried ...
