Hey guys. First I want to say that I love KoTOR. It's not very often that I find an RPG that I actually like.
At any rate, I can't seem to get upgrades to work.

Sometimes I get it to start, but usually it doesn't.
I get the setup menu and press "play", then I get the loader (with the NWN logo), and then the loader goes away and.... nothing happens. I use task manager and NWN is not open. I can click it over and over and it just goes to the loader and ...
