Can't get out of part 4 (spoiler)

Thanks for your reply, but I went to Berringer at Lakeside by the fire and there is no opportunity or dialouge to allow you to kill him, o rlet him likve. Then I go back to the village and it is still peaceful.
Any more ideas?

I did all of the quests and beat Dagon for the lady of the lake and recieved the sword Aerowsmith. When I went to leave the Island Berringer wasn't there to challenge me. Wha' happened? How do I solve this? Thanks for an answer.

How do you use bronze to advance when it says "Requires consumption of a mutagen?

Can't beat Dagon or his worshipers. I have the ceremonial sword and a silver metiorite sword but neither one works, even when I add 60 runes.

I get down the basement to listen to Yaervin go on and on, but then no matter which side I pick Societel, or Yaervin, I can't beat the kickamores or Yaervins elves and fighters.

Thanks SWC I did as you suggested and killed 7 cockatrices and got the mushrooms and a grade up. Onward and upward.

What do I have to do to beat the 5 cockatice in the cave? I have a silver sword and I rub on the magic and the stuff that puts it up 40% but I still can't kill them. Do I need an oil? If so how do I get it?
I would really appreciate some help.
