Umm it was a pretty straight run through say about 6 hours, I'm using the standerd low res option, my hardware is pretty top of the line but I know some older games can spaz out if you crank up their settings. It was my first crash, crash but saying that two bugs I cam across were:

Update: oddly enough seems to have fixed itself thought I'd try it one more time and now it's letting me in fine.

No, apart from installing those two patches I haven't touched anything.
