Someone already completed this mission???

I found the guy who I have to assassinate but he kills me time after time...

Is there a trick do to it, or do I just have to raise my skills more???

Well go to vivec, take the gondel to the hlaalu department, from there take the gondel to the arena. Go in the arena to the waterworks, it's somewhere down a stair. you should find it easily.
Then go through to the storage room, kill the rat, go to the right door, kill another rat, and in the left ...

Well, I was in a small town ("don't know the name anymore") and I entered a shop full of goodies.

Instead of buying those things, I just took them in front of the shop-owner who does not react at all. He only yells a little bit :p

Anyways, is this normal, I thought he would call a guard or so ...
