Yeah, I think I know which one you have, if it was in a chest with the glass boots. I just got it myself, along with killing the Dagoth in the Ilunibi Caverns (this room also has some really nice gauntlets too). I have two of them, but I have no idea what they are for either, I am sure I can find ...

ok, damn, I was close to it then I crossed that bridge, but just must not have seen it. Guess I'll go back and try and find it again.

Hell, I can't even find arkngthand. I am having a hard time, I keep getting lost too easy =)
