crate opener

Thanks for your reply, I'm running IWD alone. My problem is which patch should I get for this problem?

Hi everybody, I need help because sometime the game just stops when I try to open a crate or a box. One of them is at the evening shade, so I can not uncover Aldwin secret. Others are in the Dragon's eye final room, and so on.
Does anyone know how to deal with it?
