My hard drive is dying and I'm pondering a possible move to Windows 7. Has anyone been so brave as to try playing this on Windows 7? It seems folks have had problems with it with Vista so I'm not too optimistic

I hear it's easy enough to install this patch and make it work with Steam, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how. Any tips?

It's in the Fu Syndicate, there's an autopsy room after the final test chamber. It's in there. You can break the window and go in after finishing the last test and wiping out the Mandarin and his guys.
