If a chaotic good char can use this? Does that mean my alignment should be chaotic-X?

What if I pick something non chaotic and non lawful, Like true neutral or neutral evil?

I have acquired bloody wroth, it says:

I have a lawful neutral drow cleric with proficiency in bastard sword and I can't equip it. Does that mean that my char has to be both chaotic and neutral?

Doesn't matter. Once you've gained enough songs he'll increase the party's ability to survive and damage output more than any additional tank without doing a single kill himself. If you don't want a support character in your team don't take a bard.
