If you start by the wastelander, go to the other entrance of the alley, DONT GO THOUGH THE ALLEY, and then sneak up in the alley from the other side. The dude can be sniped from there.. You get like 2-3 mini nukes, and 10 frag mines, if you kill him, and picks up the stuff ...

so there reminders of the game DOOM. So doesn't that mean there is a blue, red, and yellow keycards?

something might of happened wrong when you did the quest. Sadly i can only recommend starting the game again.

So far all i need is my trusty plasma rifle. but when i get broken steel i plan to use colonel autum's pistol. it's about as strong as the alien blaster.
