Ah forgive me for double posting but i have dissected, and solved my problem :)
I appreciate any further assistance that would've been given ;)
The problem lay within the last variable, for some odd reason that wasnt supposed to be there, so i removed it. And I got another dialogue :)

Weird...Im not sure what to make of this, but i suppose i read the variables wrong. These are the variables as follows:

Uhhh yes i did the quest xzar asked me to do...although i am not sure if i did it all. I grabbed the bird in the cage and returned it to xzar. Xzar then turned it back into a human, it was a harper (i forget the actual name but it wasnt montaron) and it killed xzar on the spot...and thats all i've ...
