The big restored quest is the one playing out in the library. I contacted Brian Mitsoda about this and he told me everything he still remembered! There are also minor fetch quests to get some more posters from Gary. Of course they are not in the basic vesion because they were not in the original ...

It has nothing to do with the final dialogue, your Persuasion is fine there. But there are variables set in each earlier dialogue that need to be right too...
