i think i know its something to do with the exp points etc if u could explain what am doing wrong ?

Quick question i just started playing and when i logged out i was lvl 5 but when i logged back in to the game i noticed i was back to lvl 1 lol dooh ?

Any ideas why this keeps happening its not the first time

btw i only lose the lvl nothing else
