I suggest Viconia for your first run, since she fits better with your evil-aligned spellcaster NPC. If you wanted to try out the Jaheira romance, you could do it on your second run, this time with a good or neutral character.. maybe a warrior of some sort.

Well, any evil party must include the three evil NPCs of BG2:

Korgan Bloodaxe, a chaotic evil dwarven berserker
Edwin Odeisseran, a lawful evil human conjurer
and
Viconia deVir, a neutral evil drow elven cleric.

That leaves you with two other party slots to fill. I suggest

Dude, if you like Aerie, ignore what anyone else says and go with Aerie. I really think that you shoud pick the romance that you're the most interested in pursuing, not the one which other people have told you has a more interesting plotline. Try it out with Aerie and see how you like it, then try ...

Based on the format you listed, here's a possible basic outline for a good-aligned party.

Human Cavalier - Big, two-handed weapons. Carsomyr, etc.
Dwarven Berserker - Axes and hammers. Azuredge, Crom..
Elven Archer - Long or short bows. Long seem better for roleplaying, though.
Halfling ...
