To the best of my knowledge all loot is essentially random. I am in chapter 4 and have only found one of the 'named' bastard swords so far, I would assume its possible that you won't find it.

Heh..been through there at least twice, I have finished the main quest in chapter one (and can go on and view the creation of the cure whenever) and have gone back through the aqueducts to check again. I will take another look I guess. :)

If you could be more specific about ...

I found the tomb in Blacklake, the tomb in Beggars and the tomb in the Peninsula, but I can't find the tomb in the docks. Anyone know where it is?

It does exist.

I found it, but I have no idea where. I don't have the 1/2 orc as my henchman so I didn't have any idea what it was for and I have been lugging it around with me. I can't even be positive that I found it in the docks (but I think I did).
