Best well rounded game experience I don't think you can compare BG2 to PS:T they are different things as someone previously stated PS:T is a work of art where BG2 is just a well rounded perfect game. Both are essential must plays though.
I blame all the BG2's spiritual successor hype on Dragon Age ...
