I did the Quest for the Church to get the illithuim and I didn't know about getting a the Mace of Disruption +2 with the ore. Is there another way... amybe use the fake?

After Yoshimo was killed from the Geas, I took his heart to the temple and it said that he might be forgivin blah blah blah..
But I was wondering do I ever get him back?
