Class Specific Quests

While reading though some of the party thread and such I came across a number of mentions for quests that are specific to certain classes, for example Cleric's of Bane get +2 Wisdom at some point.

So it got me wondering which classes/orders have such quests? And where are they so I don't "miss" the ...

The "best" party I've played with was:

Anomen (Romance): Fail of the Ages + Shield = Impressive Tank
Valygar: Backstabber extraordinaire
PC: Fighter GM in Longbows dualed to Mage at Level 9. Similcrum/Vhailor's Helm + Timestop scroll + Arrows of Denotation = Loads of Fun
