If your lore skill is high enough, the item should be identified when you use the "examination eye" (in your inventory screen) on it...if not, I believe you get the option to id it if you use the before metntioned "eye" whenever your trading with a merchant...I hope I make sence :)

Hmm...I was actually a little surprised when I started this game...My machine is:

Athlon XP 2100+
512 MB pc2700 DDR
Geforce TI4600
Soundblaster Audigy Platinum
50 gb free hd
50x cdr

And yet when I run it in 1600x1200x32, 64 mb textures with 4xaa and everything else to the max, it actually does not ...

Is it possible to use the console commands when playing the SP campaign? I have unfortunately boosted my sorcs INT, but he relies on CHA instead, so I'd really like to change it...So any advice on how to do this will be greatly appreciated...TIA

Ok...here's the deal: I can't summon any monsters to aid me - I can't even use the "Wish" spell - I assume a djinni or something will appear. All I get is "You can't control more than 5 monsters at a time" - though I have none summoned at all...My guess is that I have had a lot of my critters ...

Thx - gonna see if it works - I just have to enable the console...And I can't remember how to - typical

Ok - I've made my way through to the imprisoned one, and have agreed to tell the foul knights to go see if he really is dead...after this an apparition comes to "life" and says that I have been betrayed, but if I want to, I can kill Demogorgon, I can read another scroll that will keep him imprisoned ...

Hmm...I have the same problem - I just thought it was because I made the wrong choice in Hell...oh well...

Hi there...

I have a problem...My PC was originally Neutral Good, but when I made the "wrong" choice in one of the tests in hell (the one where you can choose to get one of the npc's killed and something else), he became Neutral Evil...But when I look in Shadow Keeper he's still considered Neutral ...

As for dealing with the demilich, I got tired of having him imprison all my characters in no time, so I just sent Minsc in (in berserker mode) and had him take him down....very easy...

Ehm...exactly what does this key do? And another thing - there's a secret trap/switch on the floor in Kiser's home level 2...once the trap has been disarmed, it says something about some muffled sounds you hear...exactly where do those sounds come from? I can't find anything "secret"...pleeze help ...

Hmm...after I completed the Mae'var quest, I tried to pick pocket Renal BS - I couldn't, but when I killed him that annoying guy who usually instant-kills me didn't show up...just for the record...I reloaded, cuz I'm on the Shadow Thieves' side

Well....When I have to choose which 9th level spell I want, there's an icon looking like a "thunder cloud"...when I click it to view it's description, nothing shows up....the text box is empty...The description in the spellbook is also "gone"...but I'll go ahead and try it out...l8r...

Ehm....My sorcerer (xp cap removed) can choose the 9th level spell "lightning" - but the problem is that there's no description to this spell at all...and it's not listed in the spell section of this site, so I was wondering if anybody knows how this spell exactly works? Pleeze help me :D ...

Hmm....how about some Banshees, Medusae, Hatoris, Hags, Intellect Devourers, Guardian Nagas, Ropers, Purple Worms...just to name a few, interesting and exotic monsters....

Hi...

I've always wondered what the deal with the building in the top right corner of Temple District is...You can't actually see the door, but it's "in front" of the little bridge...if you enter, some mages (?) tells you to leave, and if you refuse, they summon a demon and some other critters ...
