Hey interesting story. I have a similar solo char and have just made it to Winter Wolf SC. It seems to be getting harder and not easier. My stats are more extreme than yours and, as such, I had a much more difficult time in the beginning (I am playing on insane).

Str: 8
Dex: 10
Con: 4
Int: 18
Wis ...

I think you're in for some XP penalty for most of the game.

My advice is to drop either the barb level or drop the ftr levels and get more barb levels.

Yes it's only 2 monks. However, I solo on insane diff where everything is double damage. A lot of characters cannot deal with flamestrikes that deal 60-70 damage per hit while the monks are hitting for another 25-30 or so plus fire damage. I also do not use "Max HP when level up." I'm not trying to ...

So you're telling me that there's a way to pass that part WITHOUT completing the 8 chambers? Please tell me how as the Chamber of Inferno alone has discouraged me from trying to solo certain classes (particularly the melee ones).

A minor correction... It SEEMS that Aasimar Sorcs get spells 1 level later but, if you study the difference carefully, they actually get spells 1000 xp later (to go to level x, they need X+1000 xp), which isn't a whole lot.

For the fighter, I would actually suggest doing it the other way. Get about 4 fighter levels and the rest in rogue. At high levels even, the rogue is not THAT much worse than a fighter in fighting but the rogue has many more useful skills. A fighter only beats a rogue in Weapon Spec (which Fighter4 ...

If you have animate dead, the zombies work really well.

Yeah, it's possible but if you want to complete HoF as well, you need a character that can:

1) Summon monsters.
2) Be able to deal with a certain "chamber" (if you don't know what I mean, I won't spoil.)

Sorc is easiest...
