Patch 3 Problem

Hey guys!

My problem is with looting. None of my characters will loot any dead enemies.

I've already downloaded the patch but I can't actually get it to work. Is this because I live outside of the US? Is there a patch for european versions and if so where do I get it from?

Just by luck (I think) I managed to take him down by getting my level 15 wizard to cast disintegrate on him, his items didn't disappear either which is usually what happens.

(I did have to try it 3 times though as it doesn't always work)

I actually got my 15th level mage to cast distintegrate on him.... I thought it was a long shot but it worked! His items didn't disappear either as is sometimes the case.

Where can I find the anitidote that ormis dohor wants? I know I have to get it from some sort of cleric but I've been all the over the hand and I can't seem to find him.

Also, how do I open the doors at the top of the cleric tower?

I'm stuck in the wizard tower. Apparently, in order to access it, I need to activate all the portals in a certain order....

I've tried all sorts of combinations but nothing seems to work.. Any ideas?
