I went up with staff of the magi, went inbetween the two egg guards, and cast sunfire. Killed them both and they didn't have time to call out or anything.


Then open the door, re-equip staff, and walk past golems, open container then pause, grap/replace eggs, re-equip, unpause, go out and close the ...

Although the game is heavily biased towards being good, it does give you the option to do the evil thing in a lot of circumstances.

The sorc could also have the cloak of mirroring which will prevent the damage from the bow of gesen I think, if its magic than it should.

I agree, draconis is probably the hardest dragon in the game. Anyway, the way I took him out was fairly simple and didn't utilize any cheats or cheese or anything.

Currently I am running a 3 person party consiting of

me- lev 31 sorc (project image is veerrrrrrryyyy nice, along with time stop, dragon's breath, fallen planetar, and horrid wiliting I can usually take out anything before the battle even gets going)
korgan- lev 13 or 14- he tanks
viconia- lev 17 ...

Do I need to rescue those prisoners? Can i finish the game without resuing them?

i don't think it matters with the weapon finesse feat about a second hand weapon. I have a fighter/rouge with ambidextery, 2-wep fighting, weapon finesse and skill focus large sword(2).
