As Rass said, its based on the Drakar och Demoner tabletop RPG.

I think I owned the computer game, but never really played it.
It's called "Drakar och Demoner: Själarnas Brunn" Not sure if it was ever released in english?

Googling it doesn't really give any useful info, just a bunch of ...
