u mean when i'd otherwise be able to get another lvl in the spell i can click on the book instead?

Hey - how do i use spell books? - i've got 2 books now with the names of spell as their name (on mouseover) - just wondering how i go about using them - i've got the meteorite book (already got 2 lvls in it) and the resurrection book (not high enough lvl to have the skill yet)
