Unfortunately no, once you remove a dead companion from your party, there is no legal way to resurrect him or her.

Pity. At first it actually fit within the RP - my PC has assembled an all-female team, but when she couldn't ditch Khalid she stole his weapon and tricked him into charging a bunch ...
