Is it true that for Windows 9x users, the minimum RAM is 128 only???

I think it's nice and good-looking but IMO, the thing that bothers me most is that it ain't THAT FUN. You basically have nothing much to do.

I'm really excited about this game, being a one time fan of LOTR. I particularly like the pic with what looks like a huge army and Gandalf.
