I can't speak for the sound overhaul (you do say you're just looking for a graphics mod), but the graphics extender (MGE) part of MSGO just doesn't detract from the game in any way. Even at its bare minimum settings it does much to improve your average FPS by enabling Direct3D support and such. At ...
