So I get to NW, and at some point over the first few stops, poof, Armor of Loyalty seems to appear in my inventory . . . where'd it come from?
Oh, and I assume at some point I'll stumble across a book or something that gives me the recipes I need for crafting various items?

Khelgar Con and Dex decreased?
Just cleared the graveyard in the Fort Locke quest, and upon return to the fort, Khelghar's Con and Dex are decreased . . . ? He was diseased in the crypts, but I gave him an antidote. He doesn't seem to be under any effects anymore, and I rested twice, and he's still decreased. Am I missing ...

Ok, so, I've played approximately a million hours of BG, BGII SOA and TOB, and Star Wars KOTOR. Figured I'd be able to jump into NWN2 without too much trouble.
But jumping Jebus, for the life of me, I cannot get into this stupid game.
First, it has the worst camera control of any game I've ever ...

Logging village problem
Just started playing IWD2 after years of BG2 fun . . . so I get to the logging village, meet Kaitlin Silvertounge, sneak into the orc camp, open the gate, head over and kill all the orcs guarding the villagers, then clear out the orc camp and the cave, go back and bust the barrels trapping the ...

Dalekeeper 2 editor question
Is there a way to add a character to a party mid-game, either using the Dalekeeper 2 editor, or by other means?

Backstab/dual weapon?
If an assassin is equiped with a short sword of backstabbing +3 in his main hand and a shortsword +1 in his off-hand, does the backstab ability still work?

Starting IWD . . .
I'm a longtime BG player, about to finish ToB, and I was thinking about starting IWD next.
A few questions for IWD vets out there . . .
1. Is the first IWD comparable to the first BG in terms of experience, items, quests etc, or is it designed for more advanced play?
2. There are three games in ...

Thieves Guild
Is it really worth it to run Maev'ars guild once I've offed him for Renal Bloodscalp?
Seems like a pain in the butt more than anything else.

I usually go solo for the first 7 days or so of gametime to clear as many of the unimportant wilderness maps and keep the XP to myself. I clear Beregost of all lootable goodies, then usually arrive at the Friendly Arms Inn at 3 level or so. I'm playing a F/M/T right now, so the XP get cut three ways ...

Starting the saga . . .
Having just finished ToB, I decided to go back to BG and start over with a first level character and play the saga all the way through.
