I just beat the game and was dissapointed to not see a reunion between Dustil Onassis and Carth, his father, has anyone been able to have the two meet after Korriban?

Well, simply said, they whooped my ass, until I put on Knight Speed and ran past 'em into the room on the far right. The can't enter it so I just sat there with a pistol for a couple of minutes and walla! Done!

I think this game is quite plagued with a handfull of glitches, my suggestion, rent a copy from a store and switch 'em and see what happens. Also, don't do it at Blockbuster, they have a "VOID" sticker.
