i take the stone pinnacle and go the top of the tower but aribeth doesn't speak and the door stays locked and the creatures don't attack me.ANd in the lower parts of the tower i can't talk with rimardo i kill him all the time .i need help so

when i put the play cd and yes i want to start the game and click a black screen appears and then the game minimizes in the taskbar after all it says toee.exe make a mistake and it must be closed.I can do anything about this problem and i become mad if i cannot play toee SO i need help folks
