It took me a few goes but i discovered the best way of distracting hard mobs......spiritual weapon....they hate it, waste their spells/inates on it and can't hurt it...although it can be affraid and run away which puzzles me a tad!
My tactics were

Having played through the original TOEE in 1st edition AD&D many years ago, i entered with my usual KOS (kill on sight) rule... as i play a CG party and all inhabitants of said evil temple must be evil :) . Will this diminish the playability of the game... as i have just read of the many temple ...
