I don't have Jolee. How do I kill Juhani? Can't get off the planet before entering the temple

When I go alone to join the ritual in front of the temple, Juhani comes waking in and the ritual stops. Juhani says nothing, and have no new dialog entery. Also this ritual guy has nothing new to say, when I talk to him the ritual starts again, and Juhani comes walkin in again, and the ritual stops ...
