Char's can pick feats like 'Create Wonderus items' & 'Craft Magic Arms and Armor' so you can sort of make you're own magic items...
now heres the 'but' But there are still a good few bugs in those feats so you, proberbly, wont be able to make all the stuff you want, plus makeing you're own items ...
