Fireball scroll

I've got the same problem. I have everything except a fireball scroll. Byrne won't join my party since I've already shown him the skull so I can't get him to make a scroll for me. My MU doesn't have the spell. So even though I have a wand of fireballs I can't complete the ...

How do you sneak attack

This was real easy in BG but I can't seem to figure out how it works in TOEE. I've tried coming up behind people but I don't get it happen without any consistancy.

I'm getting the same problem right now. I've left the TOEE and no matter where I go, Nulb, Hommet, etc, when I try and enter a building the game crashes. It also automatically saves the crash as your last game so you can't use it because it crashed again.
