Thanks for the Hint Hint. I realize that the men I killed were the Paladins. So I started on the quest. Will rescuing the ranger's daughter complete the quest or will I need to kill the dragon also??

How do I make the dancing sword dance? I have the sword equiped. I have gone into the bag, found the sword icon and clicked on it. However, the sword does not dance on its own. Suggestions are appreciated.

I love all the character choices in BG2. In your opinion, what is a good initial character to play. I want to maxamize my limited time with good quests, weapons and maybe some spells.
