Have you tried turning the detail level down? Go to the IWD config from your start menu and turn the detail level down to that of a PC below yours....

i can't figure out how to wild shape the damn Druid,he's at 6th lvl but i don't know how to do it,i know how to use everyone else's special ablities...

IIRC, don't the druid shape changes only work after 7th level? Its the same special ability button as everyone elses.
