I've tried to find all books but can't seem to find number 4. A list said that you could find it in the little main quest building in act 2...

I've got this assassin mark quest, and supposed to give a mythril ring to the Enchanter in Kalderak.

The ring is in a secret room near(ish) to the entrance of the mines. The lever that opens the secret room is along the southern wall of a room.
