This is a known issue of the 8.3 UP which has been fixed in the 8.3.1 hotfix. So either you install that on top of 8.3 and reload from a saved game...

I can't remember.. does using Domination in dialogue ever lead to unique conversations, or does it always follow the same paths as the normal...
